About Us

We are a special education teacher and board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) who have over 15 years experience in the field of special education and applied behavior analysis. Moms Managing Behavior started in 2020 as a way to teach parents ABA strategies to increase skill acquisition and decrease challenging behavior during distance learning. Since then, Moms Managing Behavior has evolved to provide continuing education to parents and professionals in the field of ABA as well as provide consultation in the areas of data collection, graphing, and programming.

Meghan Stenziano is a co-founder of Moms Managing Behavior. She received a master’s degree in Special Education from Rutgers University and is a certified elementary and special education teacher. She has over 20 years of experience working in the special education field in both private and public settings with students aged 5-21. Her areas of interest have included parent training, staff development, and social skills training.

Jennifer Stracquadanio is a co-founder of Moms Managing Behavior. She received a master’s degree in Special Education from Rutgers University and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and certified elementary and special education teacher. Her experience has included working as a special education teacher and a BCBA in private and public settings. Over the last 12 years, she has worked with students from elementary aged to adulthood. Her areas of interest have included increasing skill acquisition for individuals with autism spectrum disorders as well educating staff and parents in the field of applied behavior analysis.
