Professional development opportunities are available both remotely and in-person, allowing flexibility to meet the diverse needs of teams and organizations. Our goal is to empower professionals to apply evidence-based strategies that create meaningful change for students and individuals with autism and other developmental needs.

We offer specialized professional development opportunities focused on creating effective programs and data management for student skill acquisition goals. These sessions are designed to provide practical tools for professionals to improve their program design and data collection processes.

Half-Day Professional Development Includes:

• Review of current data collection, programs, and graphing methods
• Introduction to Google Sheets® as a tool for writing programs, collecting data, and graphing progress

Full-Day Professional Development Includes:

• Review of current data collection, programs, and graphing methods
• Introduction to Google Sheets® as a tool for writing programs, collecting data, and graphing progress
• Creation of Google Sheets® program books, maintenance data collection systems, and behavior data graphs
• 2 hours of ongoing consultation after the PD day for continued support and guidance

Virtual parent training sessions are offered throughout the year to introduce and empower parents with the tools and strategies of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). These sessions are designed to help parents manage and support their child’s development effectively at home and in the community.

Topics covered include:

• Increasing independence in daily activities
• Reducing challenging behavior at home
• Promoting successful community outings and experiences
• Introduction to Applied Behavior Analysis and its practical applications

Our goal is to provide parents with the knowledge and skills to create a positive, supportive environment at home, fostering growth and success for their children. We aim to build confidence in parents as they apply strategies to improve behavior, increase independence, and promote meaningful change in everyday life.

We are dedicated to promoting acceptance and inclusion in the community by offering services that educate and empower individuals, businesses, and organizations. We work collaboratively to create environments that are supportive, understanding, and inclusive of individuals with diverse needs.

Our Community Services include:

• Workshops and Trainings for businesses and community organizations on understanding autism, accommodations and modifications, and promoting inclusion.
• Advocacy and Support for families navigating community resources and systems to ensure access and opportunities for all individuals.
